It has been just the weather for warming wintery treats!

Our winner this month is Carmen Brown – for her wonderful wintery Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Carmen’s hint to achieve the classic bright red sponge is “use red food colouring gel as opposed to the liquid version, as the gel will hold its colour better when baked”. Carmen has won a Gift Box filled with Instant Crème Pâtissière Mixes, a Le Creuset Spatula and assorted Sprinkles!
